FAQ

I enforce a 24-48 cancellation policy for your session time. I will charge the full amount of your appt for no-shows, or late cancellations-before you are able to rebook future sessions. I believe that the client-therapist relationship is an important one, for us to have a successful session together. I will use my discretion with late cancellations, with respect to your specific situation. Please check the FAQ for more information regarding this policy.

  • Why is there a 24-48 hour cancellation policy?
    I schedule and reserve your session time specifically for YOU. It's my goal to accommodate as many of my clients as possible, while maintaining my own health and vitality balance, so your adequate notice (at least 24-48 hours) of need to cancel is very important. This is a physically and energetically demanding career, and my priority is being able to provide my best for each and every one of my clients. I keep my client appts/day between 3-4, so your cancellation makes a significant financial impact as well.
  • What forms of payment can I use?
    I accept the following payment methods at this time: Cash (preferred) Paypal/Stripe ($5 fee added) Venmo: @Kimberly-Ries Zelle
  • How do I book an appointment?
    Online booking is now available, under the 'booking' tab of the website. If you have any problems or encounter an error, please email me directly at: kimdawnries@gmail.com
  • What should I expect on my first visit?
    Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to your appt, so we can talk about your expectations and needs for the session. In order to give you the best possible care, I like to get a feel for your activity/exercise level, major injuries/surgeries, pain scale, emotional state, etc-and don't want this brief intake cutting into your time on the table. I will do my best to give you stretches or exercises that will contribute to your success, and a recommended plan for bodywork to get to a state of maintenance.
